Refund, Cancellation & Customer Service Policies
REFUND & DISPUTE POLICY
Plerity, Inc. provides ongoing platform services billed on a monthly basis. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@plerity.com within 30 days of the invoice date. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis; services already rendered are generally non-refundable. To dispute a charge, please contact us at hello@plerity.com with your invoice number and a description of the dispute. We respond to all disputes within 5 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Platform subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice sent to hello@plerity.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual contracts are subject to the terms of the signed Services Agreement. No partial-period refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions.
